Introducing a Star's Friend Survival (Korean:스친소 서바이벌), usually abbreviated as ISF, is the second season of Introducing a Star's Friend, a South Korean television variety show. The second season was broadcast on MBC network from 20 June 2009 to 22 August 2009, when the show was replaced with season one of We Got Married. The programme was hosted by Yoo Hyun Young, Lee Hwi Jae and Boom (Lee Min Ho).
At the beginning of the show, one less female guest would be introduced than the number of male guests; almost all of them are idols of the entertainment industry. The members of the female and male teams would then compete with each other to appeal to the opposite team for votes. The member that receives the most number of votes after his or her performance is rewarded with the kiss of the person he or she chooses.
The programme then advances to the next segment, where members again compete through a series of activities. Usually, the activities are punishment games played either between individuals of a team or between couples.
At the end of the show, each guest writes the name of the person he or she is interested in from the opposite team and the guests that aren't coupled are required to play the "luck game." If the container opened contains flour, then the guest is eliminated for the next episode while a new idol replaces him or her.
