Q: What is SJ Directory?

SJ Directory is a diverse library of various streaming, English subbed videos featuring the members of the South Korean K-Pop group Super Junior. Started by a small group of American ELF's, it was created to share our love and support for the group. The SJ Directory team focuses on compiling and organizing English subbed videos of the group and is run entirely by fans and volunteers. We also have several partner groups (listed below) that help to make this project possible.

Q: Can I request for a video to be translated?

At this point, the SJ Directory team is only focusing on organizing and compiling the pre-subbed videos that feature Super Junior members. The only series that we are dedicated to subbing is "Real Rainbow Romance Love Letter" because we already have translations for the episodes, and it can not be found anywhere else with English subtitles.

Therefore, we will not be doing any translations, but if there is a video that you have soft-subs for, we are willing to convert that into hard-subs when we have time. Requests for subtitle conversions can be made here with the title of the show, the names of the Super Junior members featured, and a link of the video(s) with soft-subs.

Q: How do I report broken links and videos?
You can do this by commenting in one of two places: on this page, or on the page of the broken link/video. If you are reporting it on this page though, please state clearly which link/video is not working.

From now through February 2012, SJ Directory will be working on switching all of its videos to Dailymotion. If a video from any other streaming site (YouTube, Veoh, MegaVideo, etc.) is not working, please do not report it.

Q: How do I know when new content has been uploaded?
There are many ways to figure this out. First, the most recently uploaded video will always show up on SJ Directory's front page under "Most Recent Post." The right sidebar also has a place to subscribe for updates and a section listing the five most recent posts.

Until February 2012, there will be a section titled "Recently Updated" on the homepage that shows which videos have been switched to Dailymotion and updated.

We also have accounts on many social media and video-sharing websites. These are updated regularly and often send automatic messages concerning uploads, so feel free to subscribe to us there:

Q: Can I use the videos on SJ Directory for my own website?
Actually, we strongly encourage you to share these! The more publicity Super Junior gets, the happier we are. There are only two conditions:
  1. You MUST credit the original sources listed at the bottom of each page.
  2. You must link back to our website (http://sjdirectory.blogspot.com).
However, we strongly prefer linking and embedding the videos over re-uploading. This way, we can tell which shows are more popular through view-count, and plan our own schedule accordingly. For help with linking and embedding videos, click here.

Q: Can I affiliate the group I am in with your blog?
Affiliation is always welcome and can be requested by sending an e-mail to sujudirectory@gmail.com or by leaving a comment on this page in the following format:

Q: What is the fastest way to contact SJ Directory?

For longer messages, please use e-mail us at sujudirectory@gmail.com. Requests for affiliation and to join the SJ Directory team must also be e-mailed to us (comments on the website are optional, but will help notify us faster). For video requests, questions, and other normal concerns, please just leave a comment on the website or video page. We will reply to you as soon as possible, but expect a wait of 5-10 days for e-mail.
